This May we hosted a Cast Iron Cooking Class at Red Stick Spice in Baton Rouge, and this Focaccia stole the show.
The cast iron roaster made it crunchy on the bottom, plus it was oily and salty with multiple cheeses and caramelized.
Everyone in class said it was delicious and couldn’t wait to go home and make the entire thing for themselves — it was that good!
