In our cook the book cooking classes we choose one of our favorite cookbooks and pick recipes to share with you. This month we chose Jerusalem Cook Cookbook by Yotam Ottolenghi. Our menu included Chicken with Artichokes Saffron & Lemon, Musabaha (Warm Chickpeas with Hummus & Tahini), Parsley & Barley Salad, and Poached Pears with Saffron and Cardamom.
