What better way to experience a team building cooking class than over New Orleans’s Cuisine. Thirty co-workers gathered together at Simplee Gourmet in New Orleans, La. An Old-Fashioned Bar was set up as was a dreamy charcuterie table. We broke them up into groups and cooked a delicious menu of Crawfish Bread, Shrimp Remoulade, Shrimp Creole, Pork Tenderloin wit Cane Syrup Glaze and Citrus Relish, Roasted Green Beans with Spicy Tomato Sauce and of course Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding with a Rum Sauce.
