Galen Iverstine at Iverstine’s Butcher Shop can satisfy you for the cut of meat you want from his farm raised animals.

Allison Guidry of Fullness Farms welcomes our group with open arms. She lights up when telling you about all the activity going on in her soil! Fullness Farms grows Spring Mix all year long.

We return to the kitchen at Red Stick Spice Co. to cook all the ingredients we have gathered along the way. It’s time to toast, grab a snack and get cooking! It is one of the most enjoyable events offered in Baton Rouge.
