When you put Mezze dishes on the menu it lets you fill your plate with all kinds of choices. It’s basically small plates. In this cooking class we created Slow Cooked Zucchini with Harissa and Lemon, Seared and Marinated Mushrooms over Hummus, Lettuce Wedge Salad with Smoky Eggplant Creamy Dressing and White Bean Mash. All divine!
