You Need To Make This Pinwheel Lasagna-FUN!

I recently purchased The Italian American Cook Book and I highly recommend it. One of the recipes is this pinwheel lasagna . Yes, it has several steps but I found it to be so much fun. The end results are worth it.

Several homemade pasta sheets are filled with the meat sauce and some with the Bechamel sauce. Then they are rolled together and sliced to create this pinwheel effect.
