Blood Orange Citrus Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
1 Tbl finely chopped shallot
1 Tbl White Balsamic Vinegar
¼ cup fresh orange juice
1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
Directions:
In a small bowl combine shallots, vinegar, citrus juice and salt and whisk until the salt is dissolved. Whisk in the olive oil and season to taste.
