Roasted Carrots in Green Goddess Butter

1 lb carrots, washed

2 Tbl olive oil

2 tsp Moroccan Blend

Salt

Pre heat oven 375 degrees

Season the carrots with salt and Moroccan Blend and drizzle with olive oil. Place on a sheet pan and roast for 15-20 minutes until tender.

Green Goddess Butter

Ingredients:

1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature

½ cup parsley

¼ cup tarragon leaves, chopped

¼ cup fresh chives

4 anchovy fillets, chopped fine

1 garlic clove, finely grated

2 Tbl sherry wine vinegar

Salt and pepper

Directions:

Combine the butter, parsley, tarragon, chives, anchovies, garlic and vinegar in a food processor and blend until combined
