Chickpea and Cannellini Hummus
This hummus recipe goes on everything! Chips, cucumbers, wraps you name it.
Ingredients:
1 can drained and rinsed canned chickpeas
1 can drained and rinsed canned cannellini beans
6 Tbl fresh lemon juice
4 Tbl tahini
4-6 Tbl Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 ½ tsp sea salt
1 tsp minced garlic
1/8 tsp white pepper
½ tsp ground cumin
¼ tsp cayenne pepper or Aleppo pepper flakes
Garnish with olive oil, Aleppo pepper flakes, or chopped parsley
Directions:
Place all the ingredients in a food processor. Pulse and continue processing until smooth.
Taste once blended and adjust seasoning as needed.
Pour into a serving dish and garnish.
