Pimm’s Cup Lemonade Cocktail

Refreshing cocktail when it is blistering hot! Pimm’s is a gin based spirit. infusing gin with a delicate combination of herbal botanicals, caramelized orange and warm spices. We are adding lemonade, cucumber slices and blueberries for garnish and topping with mint.

Ingredients:

Highball glass filled with ice

4 Tbl Pimm’sNo.1

5 oz lemonade

Finish with a sprig of mint, cucumbers slices, and blueberries

Directions:

Fill the glass with ice, add cucumber sliced and blueberries. Pour in pimm’s cup, lemonade and give it a stir. Top with mint sprig
