Chicken Wings with Gochujang, Ginger and Garlic Sauce

Game day is all about touchdowns and mouthwatering flavors! Say hello to our Gochujang, Ginger, and Garlic Chicken Wings - the ultimate tailgate treat! Here's the secret behind these mouthwatering bites:

Chicken Wings with Gochujang, Ginger and Garlic Sauce

Yield: 4 to 6 servings

Ingredients for chicken wings:

3 lbs of chicken wings

2 Tbl Casion Fusion Blend

3 Tbl Roasted Garlic Avocado Oil

 

Directions for chicken wings:

Preheat oven to 450° . Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil.

Cut 3 lbs of chicken wings into three sections; save the wing tips for stock. In a bowl, toss the wings with Roasted Garlic Avocado Oil and Casian Fusion Blend. Place the wings on the lined sheet pan and cook 20 minutes, then rotate sheet and flip wings. Cook until wings are browned and cooked through, another 10 minutes.

 

Gochujang, Ginger and Garlic Sauce Ingredients:

¼ cup soy sauce

¼ cup gochujang (Korean red chile paste) or sriracha

2 Tbl rice vinegar

2 Tbl honey

1tablespoon sesame oil

2 Tbl minced garlic

1 Tbl minced ginger

 

Directions Gochujang, Ginger and Garlic Sauce:

While the wings cook, combine ¼ cup soy sauce, ¼ cup Korean red chili paste or sriracha, 2 Tbl rice vinegar, 2 Tbl honey, 1 Tbl sesame oil, 2 Tbl minced garlic and 1 Tbl minced ginger in a small sauce pan and bring it to a boil and turn off the heat. Pour Marinade into a large bowl.

 

When the wings are cooked, add them to the bowl with the sauce, and toss to coat. Place on platter and serve.
