Piadina- Italian Flatbread
This flat bread is used for a folded over sandwich of tomato and mozzarella or as a flat bread pizza. You can choose how to use it. This is a quick bread, there’s no yeast, it has flour, butter, baking soda and water. Knead it a few minutes and let the dough rest and roll out and grill. I also make this in a cast iron skillet.
