Hand Formed Pasta

Join me in the classroom a hands-on class that really leans into the hands aspect of cooking. Get ready to try your hand at the artistry of pasta-making and learn to form orecchiette, cavatelli, gnocchi and malloreddus. Each pasta shape tells a story of the people, places and history behind each delicious bite. Everyone will get hands-on time to perfect each of the four pasta shapes. The class ends in a meal where you'll sample your handiwork along with delectable sauces.
