Big Cheesy Date Night was our theme for my virtual Cooking Class. I started with a Cast Iron Mushroom and Cheese dip and followed up with Open Faced Steak Tartines.

Everybody that signed up for the class had their oven preheated, ingredients out, and a skillet on hight heat for searing. This is how it all came together and it was lip smacking good!
