I Charred Then Pickled Vegetables - In This "Let's Toast" Virtual Cooking Class

Snacking and cocktails are a way to pass the time away during Quarantine and I made it a bit more interesting. By charring your vegetables, which caramelizes them and brings a touch of bitterness. Then I soak them in a pickling brine and now the flavors catch your attention.

I also snuck in a recipe for Spanish Style Tomato Toast since tomato season is at its peak.
