A Glance At Our Plant Forward Meals Cooking Class at Red Stick Spice Co.

This is a glance at the recipes we made in our Plant Forward Meals Cooking Class. Each cooking station made a recipe. On the menu Shawarma Roasted Vegetable Flat Breads with Tahini Feta Spread and Pistachio Yogurt, Sweet Potato Curry with Crispy Chickpeas, Root Vegetable & Apple Salad on a bed of Smoky Yogurt with a Dill Vinaigrette and Fried Lentils. The dessert Biscoff & Chocolate Brownies and Ice Cream.

This is the Roasted Root Vegetable Salad on a bed of smokey yogurt, tossed in a dill vinaigrette and topped off with fried lentils. This is a perfect example of a “Lili Salad”

We need to prep, fry, roast for the recipes to come together.

The reward when all the dishes come together, they get to sit down and eat!!
