Blue Cheese, Pear, Roasted Garlic and Onion Jam Flat Breads

Ingredients:

4 small white flatbreads

1 Tbl olive oil

2 cups grated mozzarella

⅔ cup roasted garlic and onion jam (store bought)

4 Tbl blue cheese, crumbled  

1 Tbl rosemary leaves

1 cup arugula leaves

1 small pear, cored and sliced

3 Tbl Pear Champagne Balsamic Vinegar

Black ground pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 °. Place flat breads on a sheet pan in the oven for 5-8 minutes. You want to crisp up the flat bread before putting the oil on them. Drizzle the flat breads with the oil and divide the mozzarella, roasted garlic and onion jam, blue cheese and rosemary.

Place on a sheet pan and cook for 8–10 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese has melted. Top each flat bread with the pear slices and arugula leaves. Drizzle vinegar on top and ground black pepper. Makes 4.
